The Italian Roast Beef Sandwich is MASSIVE!

This place has high quality lunch meats. It does not serve a Sloppy Joe as I had wished, so I got lucky and saw they had Rueben. I got the Reuben classic, exactly what I expected but the bread was actually a little better. The guy with me got the chicken parmesan sandwich and he loves them. He has eaten here 5 or 6 times, so that's how I found it. I really do not like New Yorkers but I will eat here again anyway. So my take away here is, spend an extra $2.00 over any fast food joint and get a killer lunch that is 10X healthier, taste better and will make you live longer too.

Sloppy Nick's is a fantastic local hit for League City. They have a huge selection of hot and cold sandwiches--your classics (reubens, cubans, and clubs)-- as well as some things for the adventurous sandwichers (PBJ with peanut butter, bacon, and jalapeño jam!). Your sandwich dressings come free, the sides are spectacular, and I also like that they sell Boar's Head meats and cheeses to take home. Staff is friendly and great at recommending. French fries are boss.

Had the chicken parm sandwich and it was great! Crispy chicken strips with the perfect balance of sauce and cheese. The side I chose was the potato salad which comes fully loaded with bacon, cheddar, chive and sour cream. It was in need of a bit more sour cream but the flavors were great nonetheless.

The service was fast and friendly, and the food was phenomenal! My husband made his own sandwich and I had a sloppy american burger with bacon and a fried egg. Portions were large, and food was cooked on point. Cant wait to go back again. This will definitely be a place we frequent regularly

Never had a cuban sandwich that can rival the one I had today. I was stuffed!!! The flavor, amazing!!! The quality, definitely awesome. I will definitely be returning for more.

Being from NY every deli here was a poorly attempted knockoff. Nick's is the real deal!! Excellent food large portions and low priced!! The staff is also friendly and welcoming. If you've never had a Monte Cristo get to Nick's now!!!

Supporting local businesses in the town you live in is important! And I absolutely love Sloppy Nick's! I generally get the build your own sandwich with turkey. They have so many topping choices that you can really pile it high! So much so that I rarely can finish my sandwich! They have a variety of sandwiches, both hot and cold, as well as salads and hamburgers.Friendly staff ... ask about where they got their name!

Still as good as it was when it first opened! Always love how its made to order VS cold and pre-made, and Aida is awesome! She provides good customer service and great at recommendations. Great spot for just chillxing and some great foods with beer. Highly recommend to try. Try the Luca for a Italian taste or sloppy American Burger with a fries egg. The Monte crisp is Great!!!

Ordered the Reuben which they are known for and I was not disappointed. The meat was flavorful and juicy like it should and it came thick cut Rye bread that just soaked up the juices. They have hand down the best garlic fries I have ever had, they call them the Sloppy Fries and I would honestly come here only just to get those fries, they're that good and the their sweet potato fries are up there as well. They use Boar's head meat so you already know that it is going to be good.

Pretty disappointed in the monte cristo. The bread (potato bread?) was too thick and mushy and overpowered the meat and cheese. Also, no raspberry preserves like I'm use to everywhere else that serves monte cristo. Garlic fries seemed greasy but I realized it was the garlic sauce they put on them. They were ok.

Visited Sloppy Nick’s on a Saturday for lunch...it was amazing!!!! The sloppy fries are so good. I love how there is something for everyone, even my toddler. The kids menu takes a step away from the traditional burger or chicken tender and offers grilled cheese, turkey and cheese and ham and cheese options. The restaurant had a family vibe to it...they make you feel welcome! Great place Great food!

Don't get the Monte Cristo. Grease temp too low soaks up sandwich. Tried twice

Wonderful Reuben sandwich and delicious homemade cookies. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The décor was very fun. Now I can get NYC type sandwiches with out driving to Katz or Kenny and Ziggy's in central Houston

It's a sloppy sandwich that's for sure. Roast beef sandwich was pretty much a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Coal slaw had an unusual flavor.

The service has gone down badly here. The amount of time it takes to get the food has gone up greatly. Just annoyed that a good place is falling to the wayside. The place was nasty inside with food out on most of the tables and it looked like someone had been sleeping inside. I know we are in a weird situation but the place was nasty. Took 45 to get 2 sandwiches.

Awesome visit to Sloppy Nick's. Had the Reuben on Keto bread, unbelievable. Fantastic balance of everything AND it was grilled to perfection. Seriously one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've ever had, great value. I'd put it up against any of the big names in downtown.

I saw one of those local news reports on this place and got excited by it. Unfortunately the food did not even come close to the hype. My sandwich as well as the sandwich my friend ordered were both dry and sub par. I'm legitimately disappointed because this place could have been great. The guy working the counter was friendly and professional, pretty sure it was the owner, which is why I can't give one star. If it's still open a year from now, I may try it again to see if the menu has been improved on.

Doesn't get any closer to a real NYC deli than Nicks. Excellent food Fantastic prices. Extra large portions.

Do yourself a favor and try their garlic parmesan fries and you won't be disappointed! Sandwiches were hot and delicious, service was great, and the restaurant was clean...but the fries stole the show! Overall, great experience, will be going back as soon as I get a chance, and will recommend to friends!

I like the food here, but there are serious staffing problems. I ordered a muffaletta and chips. The owner took my order after a lengthy conversation with comcast talked to another customer and then proceeded to cook my order as he was the only employee there. After 30 minutes I had to go back to work. No sandwich

I ordered a shrimp poboy and found out it has a sauce I am allergic to. My husband asked her to redo it and she was amazing to fix my shrimp again. She put my plain shrimp on a plate with Cole slaw. Tried the burger. Was asked how I wanted it cooked. Ordered medium but it was well done for sure. It was still good and they have the best fries. We also orderd the pb&j with bacon and it was soooo good. It was a Saturday night and they must have been having staffing issues as service was very slow. We love this place so still coming back.

Good food! Definitely more of a 'take out' place, as there's never anyone inside and it's just kinda awkward. Definitely a lot of food, and with such a large variety of things on the menu, I'm sure at least someone in your party will be pleased. Enjoyable, but with the potential to be pretty expensive. I'd say it's worthy of your attention if not to just try it.

This place was a treat! Definitely get the parmesan garlic fries! So good! The burger was great. Good greasy burger. I don't understand people who are upset by a greasy burgers. They don't deserve to eat burgers. That is the way God intended burgers to be and he smiled down on Sloppy Nick's when they cooked our food. As if it wasn't good enough already, they had three unique condiments available to choose from. Hawaiian Mayo has a hint of pineapple and jalapeño. Not too hot. Garlic Jalapeño Mayo was exactly as you'd expect. The last (and best) was The Jalapeño Bacon Ketchup. I can't describe the glory I experienced except to say that I am normally just ok with ketchup and could my head have fit under the dispenser, I would have emptied the contents of the reservoir. They must have expected this and taken steps to prevent just such an occurrence. Stop what you are doing order some food here which will give you an excuse to use the Jalapeño Bacon Ketchup.

Atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Was quite full during lunch time. I got a club w/ 1 bread no mayo, regular fries, a regular drink. Cost was $18 to go (13 of that was just the sandwich). That is a bit high in my opinion. It originally came with mayo even though I asked for none, I walked back in and they changed it quickly for me in the back. I believe they just replaced the bread, but I saw no more mayo so that is fine by me. The only loss of the 1 star is for the cost (maybe they could offer a meal instead of everything seperate), but it tasted amazing.

Great Eats!!!! Wife and I tried Sloppy Joe's after Church today and enjoyed it completely. It's a busy menu, we had the Monte Christo and meatball sub with parmesan fries. Not too pricey for the area either!!

Love this place! Such nice decor and wonderful employees. I recommend the chicken parmesan. Also, try the fries! You won't regret it!
